Alex Love, Olympic boxing hopeful in the New York Times!!!!

Local boxer and friend of Sleepr Athletics, Alex Love, was recently featured in the New York Times. Alex is on the path to earn a coveted spot on the first ever US Olympic Women Boxing Team in 2012. The first US Olympic Womens Team trials will be held in Spokane, WA Feb 13-19 at the Northern Quest Resort and Casino. Alex Love gunning for spot on first ever US Olympic Womens Boxing Team

2012 will be the first year that the Olympics has a womens boxing division and local superstar boxer, Alex Love, is gunning to make the team.  In only a few short years, Alex has skyrocketed from basketball player and beginning boxer to Golden Gloves Champion, Ringside Champion and now in the running for representing the United States in the 2012 Olympics for Womens Boxing.   Alex trains out of  Ring Sports United  and is a close friend of Sleeper Athletics.  Alex has received tons of press for her accomplishements including a recent Q13 interview, Seattle Weekly’s best Seattle boxer award,
